How to Use Membership Vouchers

Members of Xiyuantang, whether transferring older members or new members, are eligible to receive membership vouchers provided by Xiyuantang bird’s nests products.

Member voucher numbers and status can be checked on the Xiyuantang official website > membership center > member vouchers section (as shown in the diagram below).
Please note, only members of the Xiyuantang official website can use member vouchers

Step One ：
After registering as a Xiyuantang member, go to the products list page and select the product you wish to purchase, press the “Buy Now” button.

Step Two ：
Go to the Email in which you received your member vouchers or the Xiyuantang official website > membership center > member vouchers section (as shown in the diagram below) and copy the member vouchers numbers.

Step Three：
After accessing the shopping cart page, look for “members vouchers” and type or cut and paste the numbers of the vouchers you received in the red box provided for that purpose. Press the “Use” button and you will receive a membership discount on the current purchase.




Items to note when using member vouchers:

◎The voucher numbers are anonymous and can therefore be transferred to a friend but only once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
◎Only one voucher number can be used per purchase
◎If an order is cancelled the system automatically returns the voucher with its original number. If a product is returned or exchanged the voucher is not returned.
◎If a voucher is not used when a purchase is made it cannot be used to secure a deduction later.
◎A detailed voucher user guide and announcements can be found on the back of the vouchers received.
